邵阳市鸿泰工艺品有限公司成立于2004年,是湖南省首家拥有自营进出口权的发制品生产企业。公司并于2010年6月在新的开发区建设项目，并征地80亩作为公司的漂染部车间的地址及第二期公司发展生产基地，拟定于2013年正式运行。

公司自成立一直以高档人发发条为主导产品，现每年有4000万美元高档产品销往世界各地。主要生产高、中档人发发条，人发、印度发、动物毛发及化纤混合制的黑人工艺发帘，全部销往欧美、日、韩、尼日利亚等国家和地区。
